If we cancel or postpone I Am Wholehearted Retreat or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed I Am Wholehearted Retreat or event in a reasonable time from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed I Am Wholehearted Retreat shall apply to the rescheduled I Am Wholehearted Retreat on dollar for dollar basis only. In the event for whatever reason, I Am Wholehearted can not reschedule the I Am Wholehearted Retreat or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of which may include any registration fee(s) already paid. I Am Wholehearted is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs, and/or expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow sixty (60) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
